This place has good food and if you go late.. closer to closing time you might get some free food. The last time me and my guy went, the food server gave us free egg rolls and chow mein. The only bad thing is that they take long to help us each time. And many times we have to wait more than we would like to. Over all we definitely keep going back.
Food is good for the price. They have a variety of Asian food. Their wonton soup is pretty good & so is their sushi.
Very friendly staff at the counter. The food was slightly better (taste and variety). Price was slightly higher. I'd get it again.
I had a large to go order for a business lunch for 5 people. I ordered ahead and my order was ready when I arrived. Everything was so hot and fresh. It had been a while since I had eaten at Mr. Hongs. The inside of the restaurant has been updated. It looks great! The service was great, so friendly. So glad to have this restaurant in Gilroy
